Each lead goes to one cleaning company only and is verified by phone before delivery. You pay for the package you choose, and there is no lock-in contract.
These terms apply when you use the Cleaning Leads Point website or buy leads from us. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cleaning Leads Point, and “you” means the person or business using our website or services. By using the website or buying leads, you agree to these terms.
We generate commercial cleaning enquiries in New Zealand, check the contact details by phone and deliver each lead to one cleaning company. We do not provide cleaning services ourselves. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the person or business who made the enquiry.
Each lead we deliver to you is delivered to you only. We do not sell or share it with another cleaning company. In return, you agree not to resell, share or pass leads on to anyone else.
We confirm contact details by phone before a lead is delivered. A lead may be replaced if it fails our criteria, for example:
To ask for a replacement, contact us within the window agreed with you when you sign up. We will review the lead and replace it if it fails our criteria. A replacement is the only remedy for a lead that fails. We cannot guarantee that any lead will turn into a contract.
We confirm the package and price in writing before you start. Prices are in New Zealand dollars, and your quote or invoice will show whether GST is included. You agree to pay invoices by the due date shown on the invoice. If we change our prices, the change applies to future packages only and not to a package you have already agreed.
There is no minimum term. You can pause or stop at any time by telling us. Leads delivered before you stop remain payable.

We collect the details you enter on our website, such as your name, email and phone number, to reply to you and provide our service. Leads we deliver contain personal information about business contacts. You must look after that information and use it only to respond to the enquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The information on our website is general and we work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.
The content, design and branding on our website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost contracts. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new date. If you keep using our website or services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand can decide any dispute about them.
